The building is very dirty and old and its management is zero, these buildings are more than a hundred years old and are very dilapidated, they should be demolished and rebuilt.

Worst housing association ever they do not adhere to their code of conduct. No support for tenants really poor communication and never take any responsibility or accountability. Clarion are the cause and trigger of so many mental health. They need stopping now

Cant get in contact with them even though youve got a problem phone them up they put the phone down on you Says its open at 8:30 when you ring them they say theyre are closed

Im not usually one to complain but I have to speak on clarions horrific behaviour. Clarion is a horrible, neglectful and ruthless company that has given me, my mother and my two younger siblings grief. Id first like to start of by saying they have no care in the world for anyone or anything when it comes to their tenants and the awful management of their properties. They have outright forced me and my family to live with RATS, they full well know of them and refuse to get rid of them as well as ensure the house is suitable for us to actually LIVE IN! I would love to show you all images of the state of the property that they think is okay for us to live in. Its absolutely disgusting to even think that living with rats is acceptable let alone hygienic. This is unlawful and traumatising. I know this certainly isnt the first time clarion has let down, disappointed and bullied their tenants and its honestly heartbreaking how they dont have a care of duty at all.
