Literally had the best BEST salon experience with the wonderful Melinda - I came in for an emergency hair SOS before my wedding, my hair was frizzy, greys coming through, needed a cut and re-shape and I also wanted some clip in extensions for my wedding day! I hadnt been to a salon for a while and this was my first time here so was a little nervous but Melinda was incredible - we spoke through everything in immense detail and she made sure I was completely happy with each step/decision before we proceeded - for example I went in thinking I wanted a full colour to cover my greys but after talking it through, and sensing my nerves about looking too different on the wedding day, Melinda suggested opting for a gloss treatment and colour spray for the day instead - which I am so pleased with! Felt like customer needs were being prioritised over just pushing treatments for money (like some other places do). We also did a keratin treatment to smooth my frizz, she shaped my hair beautifully and Ive walked away with some stunning natural hair extensions that exactly match my colour. I am beyond thrilled with my entire experience - youre treated like a celeb from the moment you walk in and all of the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Going to feel like a million bucks on my wedding day! Thank you so much 65 Walton team (and especially thank you Melinda!!) you have a new customer for life!!! 65 Walton is the only place I will go for my hair. The wonderful Melinda looks after me every time and her personable and profesional approach is unmatched. Every time she does my colour no matter what she creates its also amazing. Ive never had so many compliments on my hair. Its a real confidence boost seeing Melinda.
