        My favourite class! Small classes, great instructors, amazing workout. 30 minutes might not seem long but it is enough and will feel it the next day

        I absolutely love going here. The classes are small (up to 4 people max), done on powerplates and although they are only half an hour, you get such a good workout all over! Within a very short amount of time I can already see a major difference and I am starting to really tone up. The instructor Diana is amazing and really keeps you motivated. Highly recommend!
