I have ordered flower from Dubai, UAE to be delivered to friend of mine who did a surgery in the UK. Although a misunderstanding happened regarding to location and delivery issues. I spoke to Sofia and the team in moyses stevens and find a solution of resending the flowers to the correct location, first experience and definitely not the last

I placed an order for some gorgeous engagement florals & although there were some delivery hiccups I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the very helpful staff. Sometimes things just don't go according to plan, but Kay & Quay were awsome, so helpful & went above & beyond expectation!!! Thank you

I just had the most incredible experience with Maya, Sarah and Georgia! Maya made the most gorgeous bouquet after helping me choose which I cant wait to give to my friend tonight! And as a complete surprise as we were waiting Georgia gave my Mother the cutest most gorgeous tiny purple bouquet and just gave it to her! Mum was so surprised and delighted!! This was just out of pure joy from the lovely girls and made mums day! Thank you ladies - you are delightful - we are locals and will see you time and time again!

Needed an arrangement delivered next day by noon. They werent even open when I ordered on a Sunday, but when I called the next morning, They were so helpful in assuring me! And my boyfriend loved the flowers. Perfect service!

I live in canada and wanted to send my daughter an arrangement there in London. I spoke to Moyses stevens and they were so sweet and helpful and very personable. I left the selection up to them and they did not disappoint. My daughter loved the green plant. Thank you team for your care in making such a memorable moment for my daughter.
