Petals at Bibendum

Beautiful flowers although four times more expensive than other luxury florists. 15 for a stem of spray roses. The staff (one lady in particular, short with brown hair and glasses) are very rude and unwelcoming. I was with my children (VERY well behaved) & husband and we wanted to get 100 roses for them. I picked one up (handled correctly as I am a trained florist) to let one of the kids smell and this vile woman looks like she was a bit to have some sort of fit and grabbed the rose out my hand and put it back.. No manners or people skills. We went to Neil Strein instead.

I wanted a bouquet for my wife and the selection of stunning blooms was exceptional. Quality outstanding and staff were most helpful and friendly. I will definitely buy again from them.

The most superlative flowers anywhere in London and knowledgeable and helpful florists . What a positive experience when I know little about flowers except what I like and I liked them all!

This is the first time I decided to leave the review, but I was very disappointed. The flowers are not as they are shown on photos on the website. Nice but absolutely nothing special for the price..

I received the biggest and most beautiful bouquet of hydrangeas today. The freshness and care that went into this arrangement was fantastic. I'll go on for years over this special delivery. Thank you so much!
