        really dissappointed, most overpriced service I have ever seen. uttterly astonishing, cannot recommend. Bill was 180 for 20 items, did not tell me upfront as their internet wasn't working. as a neighbour, just really disappointed

        Absolutely pathetic. I raised a serious complaint where the salesperson gave me an incorrect estimation, and also misplaced one of my items despite the fact that I paid for express service and had to travel. Also the attitude also very unprofessional. When I raised a complaint over the phone I was told "we have a staff shortage I think you should complain to our prime minister Boris Johnson'. Also I never got my missing item back after being told to wait for a call.
