Ask for photo ID evidence (British Passport) and check authenticity yourself. Ask to see his team at work on any project and ask him to verify his array of staffs. Take the hassle to verify things yourself. Don't listen to fairy tales and insist. Ensure that you check authenticity of ANY documents produced and speak to suppliers and pay directly. Don't give him any money.

My experience with this company was very poor. I wonder how this company was able to achieve all these positive feedbacks as a builder It would have been helpful if the lower rated and less favourable comments were allowed on this company feedback rather than just the one star icon for the world to see. Emmanuela is a one man show with zero staff to the contrary of him saying that he possesses a team of builders. Do your research thoroughly and study the website pictures carefully and decide if this company actually did these jobs. Dont take phone references and insist you visit actual sites and speak to clients on anything he completed within the last two years if any. I've read all these positive reviews regarding emmanuel but this wasn't the case for my project. To be honest it was the worst experience, I couldn't have found a more incompetent person. Got all the talk but most definitely is not a builder. I would recommend you do some serious homework on the company and the director as you may find things like I have which will not make you feel every secure.
