Property Refurbishment London

Took me and my architect two months to get them to visit my property in order to quote for a full refurb on a listed house. The person who did come (not Christina as originally thought!) wondered around the house for 20min. Before leaving he spent a further 10 minutes at the door saying how many issues the company has had with building control on other listed properties. He even said the company had ripped out original components of structure that they were ordered to put back on a house in Islington. This felt like an odd thing to tell a potential customer and didnt inspire confidence! I waited a month and then chased the quote again from Christina - that was about two weeks ago and still no reply. Generally very odd and bizarre experience and obviously a bit of a waste of time!

Period property, two level flat, complete refurbishment and extension. Adrian, Julian and team were great builders this was a major piece of work and the quality and care they showed was exceptional. Great communication throughout. three new bathrooms, extensive flooring new electrics and heating, three steel beams and perior plaster work replaced. Services: Refurbishment, Remodeling

First floor extension and refurbishment of Victorian house: The standard of work provided by Adrian, Julian and the team was excellent. They always arrived around 8 am every day and worked tirelessly on site. Despite various Covid related supply delays, they worked extremely efficiently and their attention to detail and use of quality products were evident in all of their work. They are excellent communicators and kept us informed with progress every step of the way. Adrian was a great site manager and great at liaising with building controls and structural engineers too.
