Warning : The worst spa experience ever. Do not recommend ! talkative staff however extremely unprofessional. I was booked a spa treatment, which included oxy cryo facial, full body massage , Indian head massage and manicure. Adequate massage. ( was given to me by an young girl who was on trial with them that day)I was left with a stiff back that night. Facial was a joke. Fobbed off with a scrub and some cheap smelling cream on my face and left to sit in the room for 30 minutes. She didn't even bother to take my eyeliner off and it was stinging my eyes while I was sitting alone . I was also told I needed Botox. ( are you selling to me or just insulting me?) They forgot the Indian head massage and when prompted they said they had no time because they're closing !! When I mentioned it's been paid for - I got a rushed 2 minute massage to ' satisfy' me! Mini manicure was ok. Out of utter shock I left and called to speak to the owner the next day. He could only apologise for what was supposed to be ' an over 300 package' and was told if I didn't like it I should have left the spa mid way through treatment. Trading standards alert.

Stay away! Worse experience ever in 10 years! Had a Hollywood wax, treatment was conducted so badly as if the therapist had never done it before. -Bruised areas with popped capillaries (painful and takes weeks to go away) -So many hair left behind I will need a second one -Cant get a second one straight away as I was still sore the following day and needed the skin to heal -So much wax left behind that the panties got stuck to me -The whole torture lasted an hour and I asked to stop and let me leave. I have been waxing for over 10 years so plenty of experience with Hollywood waxing and know what to expect. Stay away from this place

Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I arrived at my appointment which they said they had tried to contact me a week before to cancel (lies) so I was told to go home with no apology. I then re-booked for the week after, where I was left to wait an hour for my appointment. Within that hour, one woman walked out, another woman complained about the service and another woman called on the phone complaining and demanding a refund... i then realised I was not alone! When i did eventually go in for my wax - the beauticians room was an old stock room cupboard with the most basic amenities. Terrible spot, do not go here.
