        Great service. Came at short notice and fixed our problem in one visit. He analysed the problem carefully and tried to find a way to repair our unit. In the end we decided that a replacement was the best option but we felt this was the right conclusion rather than having been 'upsold'. Great business and we like the fact that they repair and refurbish rather than just fit new units.
