Faithful Friends Pet Crematorium

Holly and the Fathful friends team have been so good, kind and compassionate. She really did look after our little couscous and really went above and beyond to show how much she cared. Not only did she pick him up from the vets she also brought him home to us with a beautiful box and keep sake of his furr. Still heartbroken but Holly made this hard time a little easier.

Absolutely cannot recommend Faithful Friends enough. We lost our girl very suddenly 17th Jan 2023. We had minimal time to make a decision who to use for one of the most important times in our lives. Our girl was the absolute centre of our world so it was very important to us that whoever she went to for cremation understood this. Faithful Friends went above and beyond. Losing Keira was the most painful thing I've ever experienced but it put my mind at ease knowing that Holly and the Faithful Friends team very obviously deeply cared for and respected each and every pet they deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained (sometimes multiple times!) and patience was top of their list - all an absolute must when your brain is non-existent and cannot retain any information. We were also able to see Keira one last time in a chapel of rest type scenario where Keira was very carefully snuggled up in a bed, under a blanket, just looking asleep. I am so grateful to have had that special time to say our last goodbyes to our beautiful girl. As much as I would love to never go through this experience again, it's inevitable and I would not hesitate to use Faithful Friends again. You guys are truly special for doing what you do in a respectful and caring manner - it means more than you'll ever know to our pets are in safe, loving hands once they pass.

I had to let my dear little Poppy go yesterday after a battle with aggressive bone cancer. Holly fitted us in immediately. She was so kind and patient. She delivered Poppy's ashes to me today and had added so many thoughtful extra touches. I am very touched and grateful. It helps a little with the overwhelming grief. Highly recommend.

Saying goodbye to our Millie was a difficult thing to do, but we couldn't have asked for a smoother and courteous cremation process. We're very thankful to Holly.

Excellent service. Holly was kind, considerate and compassionate with an understanding of our feelings during a time of great sadness and would recommend her to anyone.
