Excellent service. Glyn was so professional and knowledgeable which was reflected in the information he gave me. There are a lot of things you dont factor in when arriving at your own figures for life insurance cover. Im glad I took advice otherwise, had I gone with what I originally wanted Id probably have been wasting money on a policy that wouldnt have really given my family what they needed should the worst happen. I felt at ease throughout the call and never once did I feel I was being pressured to open a policy. It was my decision.

My husband and I arent very clued up on life protection and find it all a bit baffling. We actually thought we had decent policies in place. Glyn offered a review and we thought why not?. Were so glad we took him up on the offer as it turned out our protection wasnt great and wed been left vulnerable if the worst did happen. Glyn explained this in a way that helped us understand what we needed and why what we had in place didnt provide that. At no point did he put us under any pressure to use him, he just gave us the facts and advised us what policies would work for us. Glyn earned our trust and it wasnt a difficult choice to ask him to act on our behalf. Weve recommended him to friends and family who have all been really pleased with the advice hes given.
