Had my car in for some exhaust work in a bit of an emergency and Alex was able to find me a booking very quickly, work was also carried out in good time meaning I was only without a car for a short time. Had no further issues regarding my exhaust as Alex did a brilliant job. He was very courteous in staying later for pick-up and a kind bloke. Should I have any other issues or want work done on my other cars I will be going back for his 5 star service! Service: Exhaust

My Jag was in for some engine work, I got a call later that day saying my car was involved in a fire and left in a layby nearby. Alex the owner had a very lax attitude and didn't want to deal with it at the time to which within a couple of days the car was stolen. The owner also feels hard done by and will not pay out. Beware using this garage the owner has no morals. Edit: in short. Garage accepted work to investigate car, car catches fire on test drive, garage refuse to deal with situation, garage abandons car in public lay-by, car stolen from public lay-by, garage reiterates their refusal to deal with situation, garage prepares long statement on why they should avoid their legal responsibilities. 99% of previous work was carried out by Jaguar main dealer.
