    Since starting training sessions with Ben about 3 months ago I have seen a real positive impact on my golf game. He quickly identified what I have to work on after an initial assessment (strength and balance) and has given me a bespoke regime to help improve, pushing me a little harder each session (in a relaxed atmosphere). My golf has improved already - I'm a high handicapper, but am now hitting drives and fairway shots a good 20 yards further than previously (without having worked on my swing). Delighted.

    Ben is a fantastic instructor,Ben is very personable and a great communicater, he knows how to judge your abilities and get you to your limits .I have greatly benefited from his fitness programe.I would highly recommend Ben for anyone wanting to take up golf fitness training. Paul W

    Ben took the time to assess my strengths and weaknesses following which he put together a programme that will improve my overall golf fitness. Last winter, over 12 weeks, I improved my strength and flexibility such that I was able to add 30 yards to my drives. As a 65 year old, that and the general fitness, have really helped my game.     I have completed the core strength and flexibility virtual training modules. These have proved to be very effective self serve training methods and revolutionised how I train. The app itself stands up well, technology is robust and the interface very intuitive and easy to use. The content of the modules drives familiarity but varied enough not to get bored and the communication of how to do the exercises and the particular benefits is excellent. A lot of thought has gone into not needing a lot of home kit - being practical and making the most of a little.
