As I walked in and highlighted that I was there to pick up the car, the 2 members of staff at the desk started openly debating who it was that was to be serving me, loudly passing on the responsiblity to the other rather than themselves, for atleast a 3 or 4 exchanges, while sitting in front of me, the very confused customer. I was then expecting a "a personaised introduction to the car" where a "Handover Specialist will spend time taking you through all of the cars key features to make sure youre happy with it." However, I was told to just explore on my own while they inspected the car I was part-exhanging. Having never driven a car similar to the one I bought, I was expecting a walk-through of the features and for me to be told to just enter the car and work it out for myself left me very annoyed, lost and unimpressed. The member of staff did not even bother initiating the move to help me while I sat there, as she chatted away to her colleagues despite my obviously confused looking facial expressions. I felt very short-changed. She then inspected the vehicle I was part-exchanging and was quite short, abrupt and rude about the quality of the car I returned, even mentioning that "we don't usually accept cars in this condition" despite me going through the part-exchange process as accurately as I could have. Finally, after exhausting her with all 3 of my questions, she palmed me off to her other colleague, whose demeanour was a lot better, to answer my fourth question before I drove off. A thoroughly unpleasant experience, which ruined my excitement of working with Cazoo and purchasing a car for the first time in a very long time, leaving a very bad taste in my mouth.

When you buy a car from Cazoo please just assume it's sold as seen. Don't expect for any warranty claim. I collected a car with low tyre pressure which turned out to be a punctured tyre, which shouldn't happen if they really did proper pre-delivery checks of the vehicle. In my case apparently they didn't. More importantly, in my case their partnered garage cannot fix the issue so I have to find alternative garage, under being told by the customer service team that the repair cost will be reimbursed. However, it seems to never be the case. I have been chasing up the reimbursement for nearly a month by calling their customer service 10+ times. Everytime I was been told someone would contact me later but I never received any communication from them. I have to call them again and again. I haven't got any response yet. Don't believe any aftersale care or warranty from them. You cannot get what they promised.
