My husband bought a 2014 polo at this store. we bought a bad car and only a week later we had to take the car to Volkswagen for repair. we bought the car at a very high price and they also made sure they checked the car before selling it to us. When we called the shop to talk about the damaged car problem, they did not solve it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan on December 30th. They said they would mot and service the car. 2 weeks later Im still being told they are waiting for a sensor. Within 100 miles of receiving the car, the engine light and EPC light comes on and breaks down in limp mode. I had to be towed home. I notify the garage and they say they will get the mechanic to call me even though I asked to have the car booked back in to be looked at. My local mechanic looked at the car and narrowed it down to a throttle body and a mass air flow sensor, which were two brand new parts already been fitted recently! After chasing them for 2 months, I decide to drive the car back to sky autos. This is where I found out they had spent a fortune on the car initially before I received it back in January! They did not tell me about all these issue. They said they fixed the car 2 weeks on, I pick the car up. And within 4 days the lights come back on and the car breaks down. I contacted sky autos and they tell me to go through the warranty as its a different fault yet exactly the same lights and fault codes come on. Ive had to pay another towing fee and repairs of 350! Tried calling 25+ times and emailing, but they are avoiding me now. I have requested copies of our calls but they are now avoiding and breaching data protection laws. So I will be taking this further! I wish I read reviews before purchasing a car from this garage!

I bought a car polo 2014 from this store few weeks ago. but about a lot of errors and damaged a lot of things in the car and bought 2 weeks, can't go. There are many times when you call you that you can't solve and you don't answer the phone. I had to check and damage a lot.
