Loyal cars? more like lying cars. They take crashed cars and fix it themselves in the worst possible way and scam customers, for your own peace of mind stay away from here.

I do not believe in any of these positive reviews. They are probably associates. If you are thinking about buying a car from here... Don't. They are a group of scammers. They will see you a car full of issues and then when you come back to them to get it fixed they will give you the headache of your life. It's easier dealing with COVID than it is to deal with these people. If you value your money you best go buy your car elsewhere. Like someone else said in a previous review AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I gave 1 because I can't give 0. This seller sold me a Cat S car without telling me and the car had lots of problems during the year I used it (which I barely did). I only found out today, after seeing a few people about it and they all advised me to sue this company. I requested the car manual and the spare key which was never sent to me. I had to change all 4 tyres, the brakes were worn off, the dirt protection was broken and I had to change the coil pack. Obviously because of that it failed the first MOT. If you want to avoid problems, avoid these scammers.

I decided to buy a car for my daughter from this dealer because she insisted on the good value of it. After reading its reviews I was quite sceptical but in the end I decided to give it a go. The guys are young and quite chilled out although Jeremy came with me during a test drive. We found out a few small problems which we managed to sort out. The main issue came over later on when they tried to fix a problem. At that point I had to speak to Mady, the manager. He was really helpful and he gave me three different options. In the end we agreed on the deal and the car was delivered on a Sunday as promised. I must say overall the car had a few issues but they did everything to solve them. I am very pleased with this dealer and also with the car. I just wanted to share that with other people as these guys really deserve it.
