Her teaching skills are outstanding! I feel very comfortable with her and I improved rapidly! I always look forward to my next lesson.

I started with Debbie long time ago and I loved it, it gave me that kick I need it to keep me going on sewing more and be courageous to try new things on my own. Debbie is so lovely, friendly and fun. You can do new projects from zero or adjust your own clothes, she is there to show you the way for each step. The environment at Debbies sewing classes is so friendly, diverse, interesting, you will meet so many regular people in the classes. I really really loved it and I recommend to anyone who is just starting on sewing or want some help with their own project that already working on it.

Debbie is an amazing teacher. She explains in detail the rationale behind each technique so it makes it easy to remember. I totally recommend a few lessons at sew what and youll find skills you once thought you never had.

Well what can i say about Debbie and the Sew What Cafe....Well absolutely amazing springs to mind. I was a complete beginner when i first came to Debbie and was so nervous and didn't think id ever be able to use a sewing machine (it was a kind of daunting thought to me) However after just two sessions with Debbie, not only did i become comfortable with my machine, i managed to create a very pretty pillowcase cover and i was amazed at just how neat and professional it looked (I actually manged to sew a straight line on a seam!!! - HUGE ACHIEVEMENT for me) This was all down to the amazing teaching skills of Debbie. She is kind and patient and really helps to grow your confidence. She is always on hand should you need help and will guide you through what ever you need. Her studio is comfortable and welcoming and the little group of others who are there are wonderful to chat to and share skills and experiences with. You also get a warm drink and biscuits...BONUS. All in all i can say i am having the time of my life here and am enjoying every minute i spend here. Word of warning though.....once you get into the swing of things Sewing becomes highly addictive and you want to spend all that hard earned cash on pretty fabric and embellishments :-) Absolutely 10 out of 10!
