Location was good as its literally next to tube station but service and rooms were not. Ive asked lady at reception for cleaning as me and wife were staying for two days, when we came back we saw that only towels were replaced. Dirty cups were still there along with dirty bed sheets and they didnt even top up toilet roll and body wash which is like basics of hospitality. Only think i can say if you are a couple please find some where nice and romantic as this hotel and its rooms looks like old age care home and tv is only 21 inch from 1994
