have used there services for years on and off the years, been a good place to take my items. I live in Harrow so a bit of a drive to come to the location. I had a number of items English and Indian clothes over 300 in dry cleaning. Would take a month, which I was ok with, I was promised a phone call if te items where ready sinner or when ready.. I was passing by the place, it was almost a month, so I asked if they were ready, sure they were the lady said. She went to get May items and we went through all the tickets and it seemed they were all there. I also check as best as I could but was a lot of items. She was completely sure they were all there. So I accepted it and put in my car and left. Got home and put them in the closet, but did not get a chance to check them all, until. Now a month later..! I know I should have checked.. So when I was going through them with my wife we noticed we have a number of items missing, half outfit, India scarfs, I whole outfit Indian and few more items. When I got there, the guys said no all items have been picked up, sure enough he check and all these items he found.! So should it be my fault or was they not good at checking they all items were ready.? I am luck they found them..! This tells me this place is not good at taking a big order and not even responsible in taking the time to call or even check who items there are.. not even an apology.!
