Honestly one of the worst print shops I have ever visited. The owner was anxious and rude almost the whole time. Bare in mind, I just wanted to print a coloured CV that had my picture on it (like does it get simpler than that!?). He got triggered right the moment he heard my very basic colour accuracy demand. I work in the design industry where details actually matter, but apparently he didn't like that. I have had a printed CV on me as a sample of what I'd like him to replicate. I instantly felt sceptical about the whole situation due to the lack of confidence in his behavior to match or get as close as possible to the expected results. To eliminate cost wastage on both ends, I suggested to only print one paper as a sample/experimentation. He right away got triggered again, became pushy and started spinning me in circles to move forward with my order without seeing any test prints. I held my feelings and thought "why not give it a try, it's just a CV, maybe their quality of work compensates my bad experience" He demanded a deposit in cash before moving forward with the order, which clearly demonstrated their brand value as a company and how much they are willing to invest in customer loyalty. I gave him 3.50 as a deposit and was told to come back later that day to get my copies. I came back for collection, he brings up the copies that look nothing like the sample I showed him. The colors looked soo pale as if you'd applied a blue snapchat filter or something! I politely said "Can you not see the difference mate!". He immediately switches and irritatingly goes "okay. okay. if you don't want them, then leave them!, I told you every printer machine is different. How much did you pay? 3 wasn't it?". I said again very politely "no I am sorry these won't work with me, I look blue in the picture, and no I paid 3.50 not 3". he goes "well, here is 3", he turns his back and goes back to work. That's exactly why you ask for a sample before working on an order. It doesn't cost them anything! It's a mutual benefit. it saves time and money for both parties. but unfortunately a lot of customers feel obligated to pay for a result that they are not happy with just because it's already been produced and shoved down their throats. My whole take from this is that this whole drama happened over a two page coloured CV, then how about printing a portfolio or a book or something! I am certainly not returning to this place.
