Poor customer service from Rashi who made no attempt to help rectify our issue in regards to kitchen order. We walked off disappointed and no further purchases will be made there again from us. We had ordered kitchen cabinets online and we had bits missing such as plinth brackets, and doors. We were seeking help but she was selling us another whole flat pack just for doors. She also gave some bad advice regarding plinth brackets. We won't be shopping at Wickes again for sure.

Very poor service. No available trolleys. Most of the trolleys tie up in click and collect. I was told to go back out and search the carpark for one. I could not find one. So I left. I spend my 237 at nearby Selco's. Hopefully never to return to wickes again.

Maintaining all the gov guidelines & very helpful staff Found less staff working on weekends and store was very dark .. can understand may be due to cost of living crisis ... But still the working staff was very helpful.. good customer service
