Edit: was originally a 5 star review, but as its been growing Ive changed my mind. The ends have been so thin after those thinning shear thingies was used to shred the layers, and my hair looks like dry straw, uneven. The partial balayage I asked for was to have something very low maintenance, and I said I specifically wanted it to have a smooth transition. Some places it is, but in others, there are single thicker stripes. I regret the whole thing. I miss my shiny healthy hair that Id spent forever growing out. I went to Lux Hair & Beauty for a trim, to add some layers to my hair, and partial highlights with a warm tone. Lux has such a friendly atmosphere with very welcoming staff, and Viola took great care of my hair, giving me exactly what I wanted! Great communication the whole way and stunning restults at a very competetive fee. Happy customer! Will come again for sure Service: Hair highlighting
