I was looking for a job abroad, and its been my dream to work in the UK. I wanted to move here for better personal and career development. After my research, i found ENA Care Group Ltd, or they found me, lol. The international recruitment process was so smooth and swift, i remember even shedding some tears of joy. ENA gave me a chance to migrate with my son, and to give us better opportunities. I enjoy working for ENA Care group. In this job role i get to make a person's life easier and better. Most of the work is centred on the person i take care of, which suits me fine. The training i have received and continue to receive at ENA has equipped me for the role i am in. When i need advice there is help from the office who are very friendly and supportive. My wages come on time and well explained. ENA has been very professional in the way they handle their clients care as well as their overseas recruitment. Being recruited to work in a foreign country can be somewhat scary, but with ENA guiding me through the process and offering detailed onboarding training, they have helped me settle comfortably into my role as a carer, providing excellent support to their clients.I have gained a wealth of experience since joining ENA Care Group in 2022 through their various training programs and they have offered continued support since.

I have worked with ENA care since September 2021 and its been great the company has good flexible working patterns.I choose the time l have in placement and the time off.The training is good as well you won't feel lost,the training coordinators are very good too in teaching.The company is the best for both employees and clients, l highly recommend their services. It has good care plans for their clients that can be ammended with familys' input if any changes .Communication between myself and my manager is great he regularly checks up on myself and my client, he also quick in responding to messages whenever l need him and the oncall system is good too l never get stuck.Above all some of the company's goals are to Nurture and Aspire the nation.

I joined ENA in June 2022 with my little experience in care. I was given extensive training in both theory and practical and I now feel more confident in my job. Because of how intense the training was, Im considering further studies to become a nurse. At ENA, there is an opportunity for career progression, high value for both staff and clients and also someone friendly at the end of the phone to deal with concerns. I'm happy to find myself in this team and I look forward to a long career with ENA.
