Complete misdiagnosis of my dog's problem by Hannah whilst pushing strong, dangerous medication on him for the wrong ailment! Which I returned for a refund. Good job I googled it and what it was for. Tried to tell me my dog had a skin condition. He's 8. I think I would've known by now. What he actually had was a hot spot which dogs get from time to time. But Hannah knew best - after seeing my dog a grand total of TWO times and clearly didn't look at his notes or ask his owner. If you want to pay for a lecture on food instead of a diagnosis (I feed my dog a raw diet which is actually proven to be the best diet for skin disorders - he's a Westie so is prone to SENSITIVE skin), go ahead and go here. They just want to make money on any medication they can throw at you! And do not care about the animals. If they did, they wouldn't try to push medication that can cause an increase in skin disorders, pneumonia and other serious adverse effects for a hot spot at the cost of 80 pounds! Asked for a refund for the misdiagnosis. Was told the time was still spent with the vet and refused. That's like taking my car to the garage for tyres and coming out with windscreen wipers and being forced to pay. I won't be using them again! Terrible vets! Took him to another vets that were much better and will be sticking with them from now on.
