        About 18 months ago I asked Moore Secure to remove the burglar alarm controls as I needed work doing in the house. They attended and did an excellent job. I have just had them back to reinstall. I knew it was going to be tricky and Chris who came to install confirmed this. A lesser man would have walked away in tears but Chris persevered and found a solution. 2 excellent experiences and 2 competent friendly people. I can't recommend highly enough.

        This place is like run by amateurs who don't care about customer satisfaction . Spent over 1000 on an alarm and within few months started to have problems with it . Spend 100s on service and call outs and still getting problems. Just spent another 108 on a call out for a guy to take a fuse out took him. 5 mins. Alarm kept on going off at night and I didn't even turn it on! Total rip off and they don't have the quality and expertise to back it up.

        Very happy with our alarm and camera system we had installed before xmas. The installation was very neat and tidy and the price was alot cheaper than i expected
