Please do not buy gift cards for your loved ones you will be very embarrassed when the main office only send a e-receipt and says there was a system error and the voucher didnt send only to apologise and say they will resend you the voucher again, when your loved ones has had the voucher rejected and been embarrassed in the restaurant trying to use the voucher. Shocking customer services from both head office and branch very disappointed.

went for lunch last Sunday, at the Birmingham Colmore Row branch, third time, third bad experience. service is atrocious. we ordered burger and fries, fish cakes and fries, what's difficult about that? After half an hour I asked where our food was, they brought out my wife's fish cakes no fries, they said they'll come with the burger, I said take it back, bring them out together. after another 15 minutes our food came out, they gave us a complimentary drink each, but got that wrong. went I went in to pay the bloke behind the bar said 'you had some trouble with your food' I said yes, he said 'things happen'. It's the third time this has happened, I should learn by experience. Something seriously wrong at this place
