        I have visited both this branch and the max spielmann in stockport asda and a few times been served by Charlotte and she has been so good at informing and advising me on the options for various photo projects.She always takes her time and tries to find out exactly what you need before suggesting the products and always happily helps with photo editing so encourages me to be willing to go back

        Terrible service. Assistant more interested in clearing cupboard and private phone call. No interest in customers. In the end I asked for memory card back without printing anything and told her it was too complicated to do self service. Assistant returned card and appeared happy to see the back of me and go back to tidying cupboard.

        Took a young person to get a passport photo.. They take one personally in a chair, so they were relaxed and stayed still. Then it's checked on the PC to see if it will pass passport standards. A bit more expensive at 12.99 for 4 but you're guaranteed a good experience and a perfect passport photo. Staff were lovely.
