Ive done 1:1 training with Sue and have also been doing group training sessions with her for several months and would highly recommend her help if you want some motivation to get fit and healthy. Her simple to follow nutrition guidance and fun training sessions make it easy to gradually make permanent changes that improve your well-being. If you want to make a positive change to your body and lifestyle without becoming a lettuce eating hermit then give her a call. Shes the best!

Sue is just awesome . She's completely changed my life. I don't say that easily but I am a vet and we are prone to more mental health problems than your average member of the public. Sue makes me smile when my muscles burn She's a friendly happy face in a chaotic day . She's someone I'll do anything to keep in my life. Bodysmart has changed my life for the better. I am certain she can change your life too

Sue is just fab!!!I have always tried to keep myself relatively fit and stay in shape however felt that I was in a rut. It would be hit and miss if I managed to get to the gym or not as other things would take priority. My body shape felt like it had changed as I had got older and any weight I had put on would not shift and I was starting to feel a bit miserable . I started Sues classes and it has been the motivation I needed. My main goals were to get fitter and stronger, get toned and look better and be more mindful about my food choices. Sues holistic approach to health and fitness has really started to help . I am feeling overall fitter and stronger , with increased flexibility and mobility and I am now starting to see my body shape changing ! The groups are small so not intimidating and whilst sometimes the exercises are tough and you know you are being pushed its fun and you feel amazing afterwards! I would totally recommend Sue

I remember clearly seeing Sues Smart Body system post and then listening to her video before I joined and I was drawn in. I had known for a few months that I hadnt been giving myself any time and there was just something about her video and the testimonials on her group page that made me want to make change happen. I spoke to Sue and knew it was time to commit and start making some lifestyle changes. I felt very unfit, it was the biggest Id been and was very anxious before the first class. I neednt have worried. Sue is very supportive, the sessions are varied , youre talked through how to do things properly and there are various levels to try dependent on your fitness abilities. The ladies are all supportive, there is a sense of belonging and we really do have fun!! Im not a big fan of the scales but have been doing my measurements. Overall I have lost 20 inches since the beginning of July and can feel the difference in clothes. Im definitely fitter and am making better choices every single day. This isnt a fad for me, its a group I feel proud to be part of and the positive impact on my mentality is equally as important as any physical changes. Thank you Sue for your continued support. If youre on the fence and not sure whether to join, just do it. You wont regret it!

During three years of peri-menopause energy levels had dropped and weight had crept up. Dieting didn't help, and I was constantly tired. I wanted to get some energy back, and see if I could reverse the menopause weight-gain. Sue listened to my story, and got things set up very quickly so I could begin a journey with her. The classes are fun and our small group of ladies are really supportive. Classes involve playing silly games together, with a little healthy competition. The weight is coming down a little, and the centimeters are coming down steadily. More importantly, I'm getting into shape and toning up nicely. The real difference with this program is the accountability - Sue gives advice on healthy food choices, and knowing I'll be reporting back to her on my meals helps control the temptation to slip into bad habits. So far so good!
