        Extremely rude assistants. No acknowledgement from them for around 15 minutes after seeing the optometrist. They were too busy talking about booking a day off work. When I approached them about the wait they said "we are just waiting on the optometrist report". I said"it's on your desk look at it". When they looked at they just said"go and try some glasses on". They offered no help and no assistance.
