Neil and his son Liam have just completed some work on our roof and I couldn't recommend them enough. This is our first home and some of the quotes we received from other roofing companies where crazy and didn't match anywhere near what our surveyor said needed doing when we where in the process of buying the property, there where a lot of 'added' jobs which Neil quickly informed us just didn't need doing at all. Neil is an honest and trustworthy guy who charges a fair price for work that actually needs doing! He also explains everything clearly and provides photos beforehand to show the the problems as well as photos afterwards to show exactly what he's done. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Neil & Liam !

I contacted Neil around a month ago regarding a serious leak in my roof which has caused part of the ceiling to collapse in my 8 year old son's bedroom. Neil returned my call and said that although he was busy he sympathised with my situation and would call round in the next few days to carry out an inspection. Neil did this as promised when I was not at home and emailed the photos of the roof area that needs repair. I spoke with Neil on two occasions and agreed a price for the work which Neil said should be done after a couple of weeks. I was relieved that I had found someone who apparently was concerned about the damage being done to my property and who would do the job in the near future. However, I have not not heard from Neil since then despite my trying to contact him on several occasions. I have wasted a month waiting for Neil during which time I could have hired someone more reliable to do the work. So my young son continues to sleep in a bedroom with a large hole in the ceiling which is still dripping water and is getting worse. Neil has shown a complete lack of respect and courtesy to myself and my family and I feel very let down by him. Service: Roof inspection
