Opening a hair salon and I was messed around and let down by this company, I arranged a date to have the carpet fitted ,told them from day one it needed doing before the 31st , they promised it would be , I recieved a text message saying they couldnt come , so I called to arrange a new date to be told it couldnt now be done before the 31st as there to busy then was told it was my fault that they couldnt come !! Shocking !! when I do have the text messages from them clearly saying they cant come on the date arranged ,then no effort made to resolve this !!! So unprofessional for a business to act this way

We had stair carpet fitted and on landings and also vinyl in our bathroom. When visiting the shop the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and advised us. Within a few days someone had come to measure, we then received a quote which was a fantastic price. We are so happy with our new carpet and floor. The quality of workmanship is evident as even the fitters advised us on what would look best around the landing edging. I will definitely use this carpet shop again!

Really happy with the product and service provided by Dave and the team at Handforth. He was very helpful about the right type of carpet in the right price range to fit our budget and to suit high level traffic. The carpet was fitted in under three weeks from choosing it and we were able to take samples home to help with our choice. The fitting itself was brilliant and all very straightforward. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend Handforth Carpet Warehouse.
