Had moss cleaned off and coating applied to roof. Very professional and prompt from the first contact to completion of the job. Can't believe how much moss came off and the roof now looks like a new roof. They also repaired a damaged valley gulley at no extra cost. We have a 90 year-old roof with rosemary tiles. It was leaking in places with lots of blown tiles, looked a mess. They jetwashed, replaced hundreds of tiles, re-pointed the ridges, and finished with a re-felt and batten of a lower section. The roof now looks great, but more importantly it looks like we will get another 10 years out of it. Steve was prompt in coming to scope and quoted fairly quickly. One team repointed a chimney and repaired a hip where the underfelt was exposed and leaking. The tiles were lifted and replaced with some new ones and the overlap was improved to allow better seating of the mortar. Then a second team jet washed the whole roof and re-mortared the other ridges and finally applied a water proofing sealant. The result is a dirty mossy roof now looks like it is brand new and the water drains very smoothly.
