My extremely nervous daughter attended 2 appointments for 2 separate fillings with Fina Gilannejad. Himself and the dental nurse couldnt have been any more reassuring to her. So kind and patient and talked her through everything. Thank you for making her first filling experience a good one. Now she will not be as scared next time!

Polite and helpful staff, the dentists put 100% effort every time. The place is always spotlessly clean and has beautiful fresh flowers. They immediately notify patients of appointments and send reminders closer to the day.

I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team at The Willows. Thank you. Two small words but they mean so much. Since I was little I have been terrified of going to the dentist (nothing to do with this team). However, The Willows have gone a long way to helping me overcome this. Just days ago I woke with awful toothache. Just days before Christmas. Not expecting to be able to get an appointment I phoned asking just for advice. The help, kindness and appointments were extraordinary from the whole team. So Smehna, your dental team and the reception team, thank you. I cant tell you how grateful I am. Both for helping me overcome my irrational fear from an experience from childhood and of course for all your help as a wonderful dentistry team. You are all brilliant. I am always incredibly grateful but especially being seen so quickly so close to Christmas. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year.
