        Went in today to return a parcel but had to present a code for printing. I didn't have a clue but the nice lady at the counter helped and ended up doing everything for me. Fabulous service didn't catch her name but I think she had glasses on and she was genuine, very patient . This Tesco should keep hold of this lady
