        My phone ran out so couldn't use my clubcard. When got to till knowing my shopping had clubland items in the cashier didn't either say would you like to join to save money or its OK your phones died you can take your receipt to any tesco to get it updated. Her answer was she didn't actually know wether it was possible or not. Her only advice....got to customer service with a tone in her voice. This is the first time I've ever seen such unhelpful staff, and the fact she didn't even know the basics or to promote the club card where appropriate. All staff should know at least the basics of their position and be polite to.
