Coming to the clinic is one of the best thing I have ever done. Rachael is amazing and network is truly life changing experience. It doesn't only help my body to function lot better: I have less muscle tension, less aches and more energy. It also helps me to feel joy and love for life that I wasn't able to feel before. Rachael is truly inspiring. My first experience of Network was so gentle it felt like she barely touched me. She knew there would be an emotional release and there was. I sobbed for about half an hour afterwards, but they felt cleansing - like many years of trauma being released; then I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend seeing her yourself; what a difference she makes.

Without Rachael's expert care the last two years of covid and Lockdown would have been a much more difficult experience. ! Her chiropractic care is wonderful and with Rachael's profound understanding of the mind/body connection old habits and patterns of physical and mental behaviour which are not serving us can be transformed. Hers is a truly holistic approach. I am SO happy I found her.

Ive been seeing Rachael for Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) for a couple of years. I look forward to my weekly sessions as they keep me maintained physically, emotionally and psychologically. Rachael is a wise, talented and intuitive practitioner who is also a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending her wholeheartedly.

I've been having NSA treatment, with Rachael, for around 2 years now for treatment with cervical radiculopathy. The improvement for me has been nothing short of astounding. Initially I had constant pain and restricted neck and shoulder movement. I was taking lots of pain killers (pregablin along with paracetamol and ibuprofen) which had a negative effect on my life. I'm now mostly pain free, no longer taking any meds and can use my shoulders much more freely. As a paraplegic having good upper mobility is paramount to normal every day living. I had tried almost everything before NSA and was sceptical about trying it, but had nothing to lose. My only wish is that I'd discovered it years ago... My treatment is ongoing and I use it as part of my regular maintenance together with good nutrition and healthy lifestyle. 100 percent recommend Naturally Empowered.
