Super customer service! Really helpful and welcoming staff whilst dropping off my car for its MOT. Even one of the lovely technicians helped me get my car out of the parking lot. Thanks for the help!

Took my 2018 420d in for a recall, and was advised that there was no courtesy car available for the time the needed mine in. After speaking to the dealership up the road, said courtesy car miraculously appeared. Whilst there, I mentioned my broken fan and the extended warranty I took out at the point of sale and was told there was no warranty. After insisting I had, a phone call was made and as I expected, this was then confirmed (Zero communication between dealership and service centre). I was then told that they'd need to check I hadn't stuck a pen in the fan, and that I'd need to pay for the checks up-front, which I didn't have the money for at the time. I'm still in the position where I have an extended warranty and a broken fan, which I DIDN'T stick a pen into.
