Highly recommended. The team at Trek Wilmslow are all not only knowledgeable, but clearly very passionate about bikes. Mike was only too happy to talk my ear off this morning, which lead to getting me on the perfect bike for me along with all the bits I needed. Much appreciated.

I came into this shop and I couldn't believe how knowledgeable these guys were. They are so kind and helpful!! They really know there bikes and are so so willing to help. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants an experienced kind company to help them with there electric bikes. Pure kind staff who are more than willing to help a person get the best out of like with their bikes. Cheers guys. You were fantastic with my autistic children. You helped when knowone else would. Your a credit to our community. Would never go anywhere else. See you soon !!!

Had a good experience with them initially. Bought my Ticket S off them. Brand new. Got a message saying you're due a free service. Brought the bike down. Only wanted my headset checking, they refused the free service, said it was because I only bought the frame off them (you can only buy the Ticket S as a frame, trek don't do a complete build of the bike) wouldn't even check my headset for free. Wanted to charge me 20 for it. Said I needed a new chain when the bikes been ridden 12 times. Wasted hour of my day. TREK Wilmslow shouldn't be sending messages out to customers for their free service if they don't qualify for a free service.
