Tropical burgers shakes waffles

Come all the way to find out it wasn't even opened. I came on a Saturday evening 7.30. rang to find out what's going on. No answer.. checked the website and it said it's open! Waste of time .. might have been a blessing in disguise as I later found out it has 0 hygiene...

Was the food tastyyes, but after the inspection from health and safety and their comments on this establishment, a score on the door of zero, tells me I could never eat there again, and I suggest nobody does, doesnt matter if you dont get sick, but the standard of hygiene is well below of what it should be, hope they get it sorted soon.

Awful. Do not go. We paid 13 for two sundaes. They contained 5/6 ingredients on the menu and came missing at least 3 in each. Also, the picture on the board was of a sundae in a glass bowl, it came in a plastic cup The ice cream tasted cheap then we heard the staff asking a colleague to go and get some ice cream from Tesco. He came back with a Spar bag!! Really awful. The place was dirty too. Needed a mop and a cloth going over it.

This was simply dreadful. Ordered a sundae, it was missing all the ingredients advertised. Basically got cheap vanilla ice cream in a plastic cup with three strawberries and a bit of sauce. No nut, cream etc as advertised.
