        I'm not local but stopped here when passing through to support a local business. Very charming and convenient little shop. Very friendly & welcoming staff. Good selection of products and prices are reasonable. I would definitely stop by again when in the area.

        My experience is not good. I find the lady who speaks with a strong cockney accent on the till overly officious and rude in the extreme. Well over the top. I have made a decision to stop using the store and post office despite it being on my route and convenient - its that bad. I would give zero stars if I could and will now give my business to the Garage shop and post office at Mannings Heath who's shop is not out of the dark ages and nor are their staff.

        I have visited them so many times for both shopping and post service. Great customer service! Their staff is very helpful and pleasant. Their products are good, but please make sure to check the best by dates of the items you purchase. I've bought a couple of items that were a day or two off.
