        Sorry I didn't get photo's, however feedback for the pop up stall at the Newcastle artisan market will make up for it, the gent has started doing mushrooms on toast, and boy they were amazing, both me and my daughter had the Stilton and siracha, with loads of perfectly cooked wild mushrooms chopped onions and walnuts on top, quite a few different options which I hope to try next time, but overall well-done for extending your venture and doing it successfully, see you next time, this stall is a must try

        Popped over to Sherbrook Valleys mushroom farm and had the friendliest, warmest welcome followed by a short tour of the facility. James is super enthusiastic and clearly passionate about the mushers! We left with a couple of punnets of the most delicious mushrooms. The texture and flavour was phenomenal, perfect for lunch on some sourdough toast!
