Tim has made an excellent job of restoring an oak chest. We are delighted with the standard of his work and would certainly use him again in the future.

We asked Tim Warr Antique Restoration to repair and refinish an Edwardian antique bureau with bookcase over that was made c1900, so it was in need of some TLC. Tim carried out repairs to the woodwork, the drawers, runners and linings, the supporting legs, replaced the leather writing inlay, prepared and repolished the cabinetry and shelves, and brought it back to lovely condition but still retaining the character of an antique piece of furniture. We are really pleased with the work that Tim has carried out for us, which was completed in only a few weeks, and at a competitive price. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tim for any antique restoration work that you may have and we will certainly be using his services again in the future. 5

I contacted Tim a few months ago about restoring 3 pieces of furniture. From beginning to end Tim was always available to answer any questions about the restoration. Tims completed work was to the highest standard. During this time we also purchased a restored winged armchair from his workshop. We would not hesitate to use Tims services again and would recommend him to anyone who requires furniture restoration.

I couldn't recommend Timothy Warr enough! We had a garden bench that was only good for the tip. Not holding much hope, I contacted Timothy to see what he could do. I explained it was once a treasured bench of my father-in-law but had fallen into a very bad state. He offered multiple options and expertise, with great communication. After dropping the bench off at his professional workshop, I felt assured that it was in good hands. I was contacted ahead of time saying that it was ready to collect and I was blown away by the results. The restored bench was a birthday present for the other half and she was moved to tears by the restoration... and so was her mom! Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to visit Timothy Warr if I have anything similar in the future. If you're sitting on something that needs repairing, don't think twice, you won't be disappointed!
