Nice little local garage. My car broke down, was recovered by the AA and taken here. They were quite helpful, however they said they couldn't fix my car and it would need to go to a main agent dealer. They recommended someone they knew called Sam Recovery to me to get my car recovered to the main agent dealer. I had no idea how bad the situation in the car industry is right now with regards to spare parts due to the war in Ukraine and not being able to use Russian stuff. The earliest appointment I could get was in 4-5 weeks time. I booked with Sam Recovery, we made an appointment, they assured me they'd get my car to the appointment at the dealer on time. The appointment was missed, every time I called they made excuses telling me they'd be there but it got later and later until it was too late. I asked the main agent dealer when the next available appointment would be and they said 5-6 weeks time. Nightmare!

Been using these guys for the last few years for car servicing MOTs and repairs. Always excellent customer service, communication and good advice. Even happy to advise on repairs recently with my new vehicle that was still in warranty that i bought elsewhere even though it was really nothing to do with them! Honest and helpful through and through. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Chris & the team after my car died on my driveway in Hampton. Within a couple of hours it was all sorted. Professional and efficient, could not ask for more, thank you!
