Two of us went for breakfast. It wont happen again. Tepid warm milky weak coffee and warmish english breakfast. At least half an hour wait before even the coffee arrived. Staff are mainly teenagers, wide eyed with little idea, other than walk to the table and deliver eventually. Shame, it showed promise in initial entry.

Let down. Went to the copperhouse for a Mothers Day lunch and the overall experience was disappointing. Our table was very wobbly and when we raised this with staff they didnt even try to do anything. First they brought over someone elses food and then ours which came out cold so we had to wait for it to be reheated. The food wasnt bad but it wasnt great either. The floors were dirty and the appearance inside was a bit shabby. Shame as its a great location

My first visit to Coppernose. Although the staff were pleasant our Ultimate Ham and Cheese Toasty was very disappointing and not up to its title! The ham was not of the quality I would expect from the description. It came with a portion of rocket leaves which was wilted beyond wilted and definitely either well past sell by date or had been left out of fridge for far too long. Service at table was also lacking. I had to go and find staff to request cutlery. General ambiance was ok but wont be rushing back

Went in to the new Coppernose Cafe to try the coffee in the hopes that there would finally be real, London level coffee in Hampton Court and unfortunately this aint it. Good beans from Pact spoiled by undertrained and uncaring staff pouring milky coffee soup. And 2 for a babychino?! Please.
