An awful Valentines experience! We were left with no choice but complain as we waited over an hour and a half for our main course.... After speaking to the manager, he miraculously brought over 2 main courses that had been clearly left out on the side.... the steak was full of fat and looked nothing like the persons next to us, the risotto was soggy and barely warm. He said there had been a mix up in the kitchen which meant they'd forgotten about our food! It is clear from the other reviews that it seems to be a reocurring issue at this restaurant.... I will never be returning and would strongly advise you against booking here.

Food an hour late, same with every other table around us. Seems to be the same with every visit (third time and last). For the prices especially you'd expect a LOT better EDIT: To the owners response - your comment on our experience is almost as late as my main course was...4 months guys!

So frustrated! Arrived as a surprise for my partner for Valentine days, initially we were taken to our table and all seemed pleasant. But that was it. We were only given a set men-u even though when I booked the al a carte men u was on offer. There were only 3 options and a supplement for a further 10 for steak. But I thought hopefully this meant no mistakes We waited around 20 min for our drinks, then around 50 min for our starter from when we arrived. We asked for our main which they told us they forgotten about and would be 20min. Then the waiter sat us down who was nice enough went and magically appeared with a steak about 3 minutes later. The steak was meant to be a on bone RibEye 14oz and instead I was served a steak cut into cubes covered in fat and clearly rushed so as not to get another compliant. We decided to walk out and leave at around 9.30pm and went home hungry which was really frustrating. Disappointing as the restaurant has is beautiful but is seriously expensive and does not deliver. Wont be returning any time soon.
