terrible experience, poor communication, they didn't listen to our indications and showed no sense of customer service. Rude staff and poor management. Will never use it again. In response to your latest comments, you are also offensive, lier and manipulator.

Very bad service. staff are rude and not understanding customers needs. They write in the website "you decide what style and we do our best to oblige". But is not the true. And according to an other review I read, you do this things normally. You don't listen. You took my dog and decided to shave him, without my consent. For how long my dog wasn't been groom is not your business. You and your employee should have just followed my guide lines, which is what really matter. You rudely decided to not to follow and do what you wanted. On top of this YOU accused me to be aggressive, not considering the level of frustration you caused me, with your acting. HILARIOUS. What A DISGUSTING experience. Not even a star worth it. Good luck people, dealing with them.

Fantastic job from the team here, Shannon and Sim were so great with the care of our nervous Spaniel. Couldnt be happier with the outcome. Coming into the salon and feeling such a positive vibe was such a relief after having previous bad experiences elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend to all.

I had a great experience here. Shannon and Sim were very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. My dog was a little matted but they were able to remove the matts and keep her coat at the desired length rather than using a more severe blade as has happened in the past. They were also very friendly (and non judgemental!)
