Mark Wainwright Counselling

Over six sessions, Mark helped me explore some of my thinking that was unhelpful - things that I just couldn't seem to resolve on my own (despite a lot of pondering for the answer, believe me!) From the very first session, we made progress untangling what was going on. I felt much better - and the endless pondering over that big burning bereavement issue (that had been grawing away at me for 18 months) stopped there and then. It was a genuine relief. After that, we explored a few more areas of my life I wanted to improve. I felt so much lighter and I had some new perspectives on myself that were extremely valuable to me, after every single session. Mark has a lot of tools in his mental toolbox and he knew exactly how to solve my immediate conundrum and help me in the future, so thanks! :)

I can highly recommend Mark as a counsellor, he instantly put me at ease and is clearly skilled in his profession; he helped me work through the issues that there were concerning me.

Without making it too personal I just want to say that Mark helped me gain a much better understanding of myself, he is friendly, knowledgeable and gives you a safe place and atmosphere for expression.
