Richard and his team are exceptional. They offer specialist care and their experience is second to none. I have seen the most improvement to my quality of life and reduction of daily pain with help from the Rehab practice. Have been seeing Richard or Eileen for over 5 years now and even after moving out to Surrey I keep coming back.

Passive aggressive receptionist. I kindly asked for an appointment with Richard and I was told that I have to wait 6 weeks which was ok for me, mentioning that I will wait as long as is needed. Then the receptionist told me that she must first talk to the team to see who will be the best specialist for me. Then she called me back and told me that the team decided for me to see another physiotherapist who will be best for my condition. I looked online and I noticed that the physiotherapist didn't have Richard's experience and I told the lady that I would like to see Richard. She pressurised me and asked me what doctor sent me and that the other therapist , the team recommended , has availability only on Thursday and she said I must book the appointment asap. She also mentioned that if the physiotherapist , the team recommended, will have questions, will address them with Richard. My question is, if the physiotherapist the team recommended is so skilled and perfect to treat my condition, why she does have to check something with Richard. Answering the question who recommended me, I would like to let them know that I personally know a few top neurologists not only in the UK, but also in France and Canada and my own son is training here in the UK to become one. Very unpleasant and manipulative receptionist, who is the main contact with patients and future patients.. My advice is when you see these kind of people and organisations, run, whoever employed her doesn't manage well their business. This advice comes from a 50+ years old person who worked in senior positions for top multinationals, now runs successfully their own business and as a hobby I studied phycology with the best.

Neuro Rehab Practice is absolutely wonderful. My mother has been receiving in-clinic neuro physio sessions since her stroke last year, and our experience has been great. The team are fantastic - always so friendly and encouraging, as well as experts in their field! She has made great progress with their guidance and support, and always looks forward to her sessions.

Dear Rehab Team, Where do we begin from? Meeting you guys is one of the best experiences we had going through this health challenge. Your warmth, smile brought instant healing and assurance of the procedures to be given to my husband. You all made us feel relaxed and so much in the midst of loving and compassionate people who are there to ensure restoration back to normal life for their clients. It was never about money BUT CARE! You went out of your way to do the best. My husband always looked forward to his sessions with you. My wife suffered a severe stroke at the age of 37 which had left her with right sided paralysis. Eileen and Helen (and Charlotte who has worked here) have been monumental in my wifes recovery. Over the past 12 months I have seen fantastic improvements in both my wifes walking, use of her arm and confidence. They have introduced us to things that have made my wifes life easier. We are so thankful that we have found this clinic!
