Disappointing experience. I left my lyre harp with Dainty to be fixed on Tuesday, making it clear that I needed back before Saturday. I heard nothing from them and today (Thursday) after callingthe shop 3x they had no idea of where my lyre was, if it was fixed and when I could collect. I spoke to Jonathan and said I needed on Friday. At 4.50pm he called me to say that the lyre was in the shop, strings haven't been put and gave me basically 10min to get to the shop, otherwise I could collect on Saturday. It's shocking. I'm now cancelling a small event that I was really looking forward to do (my first) because of them as the instrument won't be ready in time. It's very upsetting because they could have searched when I called in the morning and giving me 10min to get to the shop is just unnaceptable. Maybe some customers are just treated better than others but they shouldn't do this to people. I'll never use this shop again - and I think they don't really care about customers like me or that my complaint will make any difference which is sad.

Great local shop. We have drum lessons there for the kids, and previously guitar lessons. Teachers are fantastic and the jam sessions they organise are amazing!
